ABOUT
This outstanding lakefront property, with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, offers everything you could want for a spectacular family vacation. Enjoy an enormous back yard with heated in-ground pool/spa, tennis/sports court, space for yard games and an outdoor fireplace. Watch the sun set from the expansive front porch or from the deck on the bluff overlooking the lake. Lochaven is your private resort!
OUR ROOMS
The main house offers five bedrooms on the second floor (King, King, King, 2 Queen, 2-4 Twins) five full baths (3 in-suite) and plenty of space for relaxing. There is a grand room in the front of the house with a fireplace, spectacular lake views, plenty of seating and an adjoining dining room. The well-appointed kitchen in the center of the house also boasts great views and is equipped with high-end appliances, two dishwashers, a large island and all the tools needed to create a family feast. The first floor also includes a cozy media room with a flat screen TV and a music room with a baby grand piano and additional lake views. The pool house has a bedroom on the first floor, a loft with two twin beds, a full bath and a kitchenette.

The nearby towns of Saugatuck and Douglas offer plenty of dining and shopping. Spend the day at Oval Beach, grab a bite along the causeway and listen to live music as the sun sets!

RENTAL DETAILS
We rent weekly, Thursday to Thursday from late June to the middle of August. Our maximum occupancy is 15. The current weekly rental rate is $17,000.
